2nd Annual UTNI Conference May 22 – 24, 2014

Registration for the 2014 Conference is now open! The theme for 2014 is “Nourish.”  The intention with this year’s conference is to provide attendees with information for all stages of the life cycle.  

The 2014 Detailed Conference Program is now available and can be downloaded.

Dr. Ari Brown, author of the “411″ Series, will be the Keynote speaker this year.  As a pediatrician, her areas of expertise include not only childhood nutrition, but also nutrition during pregnancy.  Come hear an informative session on best practices at the start of the life cycle.

Chef David Bull will be returning this year, giving his popular “Flavor Profiling” lecture as well as teaching hands on cooking classes.  Chef Bull will also be catering lunch Thursday and Friday.
